The carpets in some rooms look like they've seen better days!!! Wi-Fi issues make it hard to stay connected during your trip!!! Parking spaces are ridiculously tight, which is inconvenient for larger vehicles!!!

was excited for my stay, but the access card was confusing—locked out at night, how thrilling! And those ice cream scoops? tiny, truly a fine example of stinginess. you would think they could at least offer a complimentary upgrade for such inconvenience. never received anything special at all, just couldn’t give a good review.
